WHAT: This bunch will have all the popular Holi treats and goodies that everyone loves to relish around the festival of colour. WHAT: Traditional Holi favourites such as gujiyas stuffed with khoya and dry fruits will be among the festive offering at the Courtyard by Marriott. Thandai will also be served, while the chaat counter will include Delhi staples such as gol guppa, aloo tikki, kachori, etc. The buffet will also include a spread of salads and fruits, while guests can also enjoy the colours of the festive season in the colourful mocktails being served.

WHAT: The brunch buffet at the Mövenpick will also have its share of delicacies such as namakpare, gujiya, dahi bhalla and dal kachori. For the main course, there will be an array of Indian dishes, including North Indian favourites such as shahi paneer, sofiyana pulao, zaffrani murg tikka and bhuna ghosht. The traditional Holi drink thandai will be served as well. Among the desserts, there will be a mix of Indian and continental, the latter including panna cotta, trifle pudding and kiwi gateaux.

WHAT: The Holi Organic Brunch at Café Swiss will comprise an elaborate multi-cuisine spread, including Indian, continental and Chinese food. There will be a chaat counter, but the highlight of this buffet is the barbecue counter. Indian starters will be available aplenty in the all-you-can-eat buffet. A special counter will offer typical Swiss delicacies such as rösti and fondue. Beverages beings served will include beer, still and sparkling wine, and Absolut vodka.

WHAT: The Holi festivities at the Hyatt Regency in Chennai will actually be on throughout the Holi weekend. To begin with, special liquor chocolates are available at Biscotti, the confectionary shop. A sundowner party will start the celebrations on Sunday evening. You can unwind with delectable culinary treats and drinks, with great music and then finish your evening with a special Holi dinner buffet at 365 AS, the bar and lounge. Holi cocktails and sweets will be the highlight of the Holi brunch at Spice Haat on Monday, the 17th. The brunch will include a special gift. And wind up the Holi celebrations with Happy Hours from 12:00noon to 1:00am at 365 AS.
