#1 Chandon Lemon
Ingredients
Chandon Brut – 125ml
Monin Vanilla – 15ml
Lime juice – 10ml
Ice
Method: Pour the vanilla syrup and lime juice over ice in a shaker. Shake well and strain into the glass. Top with chilled Chandon Brut.

#2 Chandon Passion
Ingredients
Chandon Brut – 150ml
Monin passion fruit syrup – 15ml
Fresh orange juice – 25ml
Ice – 3 cubes
Method: Pour the orange juice and passion fruit syrup over ice in a shaker. Shake well and strain into a chilled goblet with 3 cubes of ice. Top with chilled Chandon Brut. Garnish with a slice of lemon in the glass (optional).
#3 Chandon High Tea
Ingredients
Chandon Brut – 125ml
Earl Grey tea (brewed and cooled) – 25ml
Sugar syrup – 15ml
Ice
Method: To prepare the Earl Grey tea, dip one tea bag (preferably Twinings) in 100ml of hot water. Steep for 3 minutes and discard the tea bag.
Pour the Earl Grey tea and sugar syrup over ice in a shaker. Shake well and strain into a chilled flute glass. Top with chilled Chandon Brut.

#4 Elderflower Spritzer
Ingredients
Chandon Brut – 150ml
Elderflower Cordial – 15ml
Orange slices (halved) – 3
Cucumber slices (with skin) – 3
Method: Add 4-5 cubes of ice into the glass. Add the elderflower cordial and a splash of Chandon. Stir well for about half a minute. Add 2 more ice cubes and add the cucumber and orange slices. Top up with Chandon and stir one last time.
#5 Chandon Sweet Lime & Mint
Ingredients
Chandon Brut – 125ml
Fresh sweet lime juice – 30ml
Fresh mint leaves – 4-5
Ice
Method: Pour the sweet lime juice and mint over ice in a shaker. Shake well and fine-strain into a chilled flute glass. Top with chilled Chandon Brut.
